Dry Cleaning Pressing & Customer Service Associate

Full-Time | 35–40 Hours Per Week | $16.00/Hour Starting Pay

We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and hardworking team member to join our dry-cleaning business. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in doing quality work, and likes having a variety of responsibilities throughout the day.

You will split your time between pressing and finishing garments and helping customers in our office.

What You'll Do

• Press pants and other garments
• Steam sport coats, jackets, and other garments
• Inspect finished garments to make sure they meet our quality standards
• Help customers at the front counter
• Check in and organize customer orders
• Answer customer questions and provide friendly, professional service
• Keep the work area and customer area clean and organized
• Assist coworkers with other daily duties as needed
• Close the office approximately 2–3 days per week
